My Christmas

My Christmas of 2015 was awesome!

Although it wasn't like the traditional Christmas I had when I was little in which I woke up to find innumerable gifts from Santa, it was unique. Waking up, I felt an object under my pillow in the Home Office. At first, I thought that somehow, the remote controlled car I was taking apart for my pet feeder had somehow gotten onto the bed. But, when I looked at it, I realized it wasn't. Instead, I saw a brand new watch in its case. It was the exact same watch that I had earlier, but that one was broken. The straps on either side of it had fallen when I bumped into someone during P.E. As I saw my parents in their bedroom, I told them to both say my thanks to Santa. Later that morning, my dad and I watched Ant-Man, which we both absolutely enjoyed. In the afternoon, my mom made samosas, while we watched Chupke Se. The samosas and the movie were both great. The movie was about three hours, but we did not watch all of it. My parents lost interest after a while, because they said they had remembered watching the movie, but did not recall the beginning. Towards the end of that day, I worked on my engineering project. All of these factors added to my enjoyment of Christmas.
