An Exciting Day
I had started this post yesterday...
=====
Hello there, Time for me to spill some more thoughts onto this page. A couple days ago I would have posted but I had to finish my work (wrapping up my third pomodoro block) and yesterday I had just forgotten to do so. But today...now....it is just 9pm so I'm going to take it easy for the next hour and enjoy the early night before wrapping up for the day.=====
Ironically, though, another task popped up and I spent the time till 10pm doing that. Now, it's about 24 hours later, and I'm here again at 9:29pm. I want to enjoy the time for the next half hour and work on this post. I've finished my work for the day. I actually have some more exciting software development tasks coming up in my company Konect, so that's something to look forward to working on tomorrow.
Hmm... maybe I'll talk a bit about what I observed regarding my tasks. Some of them are fun, some of them aren't. I'll tell you one thing that I don't find very fun right now: that's making phone calls. Making 5 daily marketing phone calls has been one of my tasks for the past few days to arrange meetings and talking to cities/counties/businesses. Others of them are more captivating, such as coding (particularly writing fresh new code). Regardless, I would agree that regardless of this disparity in engagement, tasks are tasks and it is my dharma to do them with a detached mindset, as Gita teaches.
Well, I also started running my 5ks again about 3-4 days back, going in the morning. My piano practice is also coming along, and I'm learning Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2 by Chopin. Today I answered my first Stack Overflow question (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63089387/rotating-high-dimensional-orthogonal-vectors-in-python/63093094#63093094). In the afternoon, I watched S1E1 of "Anne with an E" and I found it quite enjoying and slept in the evening from 5:30pm to 7pm.
I feel my day today was quite exciting and fun-filled. I'll head to bed now and prepare for the next day.
